As a custom web development service, all work is created specifically for each client. Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, we are committed to your satisfaction through our comprehensive revision policy.

Instead of refunds, we offer a generous revision policy to ensure you're completely satisfied with your project:

What's Covered in Revisions
- Color scheme and typography adjustments

Additional Revisions
If you need more revisions beyond the included rounds, additional revision rounds can be purchased at a flat rate of $50 per round.
No Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Here's why:
- Each project involves significant time, resources, and custom work
- Digital services cannot be "returned" like physical products
- Our fixed pricing already accounts for revisions and client satisfaction
- We work collaboratively to ensure the project meets your needs
Exceptions
In rare circumstances, we may consider partial refunds or credits:
- Project Not Started: If you cancel before any work has begun, we may offer a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- Our Inability to Deliver: If we are unable to complete the project due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a refund for work not completed
- Significant Delays: If we miss the agreed timeline by more than 30 days without valid reason, we may offer compensation
Cancellation Policy
Before Project Starts
If you need to cancel before work begins, please contact us immediately. We will refund 90% of the payment (10% retained for administrative costs).
During Project
If you cancel during the project:
- You will receive all work completed up to the cancellation date
- No refund will be provided for work already completed
- Outstanding payments for completed milestones remain due
Recurring Services
For monthly hosting and maintenance services:
- Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
- No refunds for partial months
- Service continues until end of billing period
- Data and files will be provided upon request after cancellation
Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with your project, please contact us before considering any disputes. We're committed to finding a solution that works for both parties.
