People's Class provides web development services including but not limited to:

  • Business website development
  • E-commerce website development
  • MVP and SaaS development
  • Website hosting and maintenance
  • Custom web development solutions

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Fixed Pricing

All our services are offered at fixed prices as displayed on our website. The price you see is the price you pay - no hidden fees or surprise charges.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full before project commencement
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods through Stripe
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Recurring services (hosting, maintenance) are billed monthly

3.3 Additional Work

Any work requested beyond the original project scope will be quoted separately and must be approved before commencement.

4. Project Process

4.1 Project Brief

After purchase, you will be required to complete a project brief providing necessary information for your project. Timelines begin after receipt of completed brief and all required materials.

4.2 Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the package details. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be quoted separately.

4.3 Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete project information
  • Supplying necessary content, images, and materials
  • Timely feedback and approvals
  • Ensuring you have rights to all provided materials

4.4 Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are provided for each package. Delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, or scope changes may extend the timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. This includes custom designs, code, and content created for you.

5.2 Third-Party Assets

Some projects may include third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) which remain subject to their respective licenses. We will inform you of any such assets used.

5.3 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We will correct any defects in our work within 30 days of project completion at no additional cost.

6.2 Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS, TRAFFIC, OR REVENUE FROM YOUR WEBSITE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEOPLE'S CLASS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to cure such breach within 14 days of written notice.

Upon termination, you will receive any completed work up to the date of termination. No refunds will be provided for work already completed.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
